I have the right to decline your commission request with or without reason.

You have the rights to use the commissioned piece in non-commercial ways. Commercial use is prohibited.

You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Adjusting an commissioned piece through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies is strictly prohibited.

I retain full copyright of the commissioned piece, even after completion. I retain the right to publish your commission publicly on my social medias, use it as promotion for future commissions or sell fanart commissions as merchandise. I will not sell works featuring original/fanmade characters.

The NDA fee amounts to 50% of the final cost of your commission.

Finished commissions will be posted publicly without any of the commissioners information attached.

Depending on the type of commission and your place in my queue, commissions can take 1-8 weeks for completion.

If it wasn't made for you, please do not use original artwork such as commissions or OC artwork without permissions from the art commissioner/OC owner

If you use my work publicly (as icon, banner etc...), please give credits if possible
